Q: How long do I have to report a fault or damage?

Q: What does the 12-month guarantee cover?
A: The guarantee covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, faulty or missing parts identified before assembly, and components that fail under normal domestic use due to a genuine manufacturing fault. Where a claim is valid, we’ll repair or replace the affected part or product free of charge.
Q: Does the guarantee affect my statutory rights?
A: No. The 12-month guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not reduce them. Under UK law, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and certain statutory rights may apply beyond the guarantee period.
