At Tesoro Direct, we offer a 12-month guarantee on all our wardrobes and bedroom furniture.

Below you’ll find everything you need to know about this guarantee and how it works alongside your rights under UK law.
We take care at every stage — from sourcing to delivery — to make sure your furniture is built to withstand everyday use. In the rare event that something isn’t right, we’re here to put it right.

Your 12-month guarantee covers manufacturing defects and faulty parts. This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and does not affect them.

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty or missing parts identified before assembly
  • Components that fail under normal domestic use due to a manufacturing fault

What the guarantee does not cover

  • Accidental damage caused after delivery or during self-assembly
  • Stains, marks or general wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow assembly instructions
  • Damage caused by moving or dismantling the furniture after assembly
  • Faulty or damaged parts reported after partial assembly of the product.
  • Faulty or damaged parts reported more than 14 days after delivery

Your rights under UK law

This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If goods are faulty, you may have the right to a repair, replacement or refund, and these statutory rights can apply beyond the 12-month guarantee period. Nothing in this guarantee limits or removes your statutory rights.

How to make a claim

If there’s a problem with any part of your order, please email us at info@white-sheep-620642.hostingersite.com with:

  • Your name and order reference number
  • Photographs of the affected parts (we may also request a short video)
  • A written description of the fault or problem

Alternatively, complete the warranty claim form below and our after-sales team will review your claim and reply within 3–5 working days.

A: All our wardrobes and bedroom furniture come with a 12-month guarantee from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects and faults in workmanship. This guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

A: The guarantee does not cover general wear and tear, accidental damage, stains, water or moisture damage, damage caused by moving or dismantling the furniture after assembly, misuse, or damage from failing to follow the assembly instructions. It covers manufacturing faults only.

A: Email us with your name, order reference number, clear photographs of the affected parts (we may request a short video) and a description of the fault, or complete the claim form on this page. Our after-sales team will review your claim and respond within [3–5] working days.

A: Please inspect your order on delivery and report any visible transit damage, or missing or faulty parts, within [14] days. We recommend checking all parts against the assembly instructions before you begin building, as this is the easiest stage to resolve any issue.

A: Damage that occurred in transit and is reported within [14] days of delivery is covered. Please check your order on arrival and report any transit damage promptly with photographs so we can resolve it quickly.
We currently, in process of singing up with insurance companies to provide extended warranty to our customers. If you are interested in extended cover, please email us and our back office team will advise you accordingly.

A: You’ll need your order reference number, photographs of the affected parts, and a written description of the problem. Keeping your order confirmation is important, as your order number acts as your guarantee reference.
A: No. If your claim is valid and covered by the guarantee, we’ll repair or replace the affected part or product at no cost to you.
A: Stop assembling and contact us straight away with photographs and a description. Continuing to assemble a unit with a known fault may affect your claim, so it’s best to pause and let our team advise first.
A: The guarantee does not cover structural damage caused by moving, lifting or dismantling the furniture after it has been assembled. Flatpack furniture is designed to be assembled once in its final position, so we recommend deciding on placement before building.
